A & N labels supplies high quality label all over the world. The most common type
of woven labels is damask woven labels. Damask is made up of polyester yarns, which
come in hundreds of colors. Damask labels are most common and considered high quality label
compared to satin and taffeta, although it does not necessarily mean that
damask labels are best matched with all types of garment. This weave is extremely
high quality, sturdy, and soft. Many customers consider damask labels because of
their durability and ability to present detailed designs through high definition
weaving. Damask weaving compression ratio is higher during the weaving process,
which results in more threads within the same area. And Damask labels use 100 denier
(thickness of thread) threads compared to 150 denier for satin and taffeta. They
display highly detailed designs and letter with bright solid colors. There is a
maximum of 12 colors for damask woven labels. The amount of colors in your labels
also affects price. The only disadvantage you have with damask label is its higher
cost compared to satin and taffeta.
